Introduction
A variety of high powered sonic weapons (SW) exist spanning the infrasonic, ultrasonic, and audible ranges. Because they are weapons which direct sound onto a target, and sound is energy, they can be considered directed-energy weapons.
These weapons produces both psychological and physical effects. They include highly directional devices which can transmit painful audible sound into an individual’s ear at great distances and infrasonic generators which can shoot acoustic projectiles hundreds of meters causing a blunt impact upon a target.
Infrasonic generators can cause negative emotions such as fear, anxiety, or depression, as well as biological symptoms like nausea, vomiting, organ damage, burns, or death—depending on the frequency and power level.
Most of these weapons function between the frequency range of about 1 Hz to 30 kHz. These frequencies occur within the following waves: Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) 1 Hz to 30 Hz, Super Low Frequency (SLF) 30 Hz to 300 Hz, Ultra Low Frequency (ULF) 300 Hz to 3 kHz, and Very Low Frequency (VLF) 3 kHz to 30 kHz.1
Within the ELF region of the spectrum, there is a type of sound calledinfrasound, which occurs between 3 and 20 Hz. Infrasound is usually not heard, but it can be if the power level is sufficient.
Next, audible noise begins for most people from about 20 Hz up to 20 kHz, and occurs between the upper ELF into the VLF ranges. Ultrasound, begins in the VLF range at about 20 kHz, just above human hearing.
Another sound factor is power, usually described using a unit of measurement called a decibel. Decibels are used to measure the power of audible and inaudible sound, both of which produce effects.
Any sound begins to become physically painful at about 120 decibels, although at lower levels it can cause discomfort. At about 130 decibels it becomes unbearable. In this chapter, words such as intensity, level, power, pressure, and decibel, are all used to describe sound power.

I have been tortured steadily all night and all day so far. I am almost sure that the new weapon they are using on me is acoustic. I can here it vibrate my ear drums on the low end and notice that as it is tuned, different areas of my body become painful. I recognize this as harmonic vibrations. I can also feel the beam go through my body to hurt my hands. I have read about infrasound or ultrasound and believe the frequencies of the current weapon used on me are in this range. As I sit here writing, I am being microwaved steadily. Last night it was more focused torture, with the perp in 36A moving the weapon to follow me. Also as I sit here, The beam just moved to my groin area, which tells me that someone is operating the weapon now.

The three hispanic men in Apartment 36A are true psychopaths. They are oblivious to my plight and are eager to please their boss whoever that is. They have the targeting software and can see and hear everything I do. They should be arrested with the rest of the perpetrators. These men all knnow exactly what they are doing and are getting remuneration for it. They all moved in last summer for the purpose of running the torture program on me. I believe that these hispanic men are in over their heads and could not quit even if they wanted to. Their bosses would surely kill any of them who leaves before they are released. This program is run like a military operation. This is why many of the perps degraded the worth of President Obama. They needed Mitt Romney to win the presidency, to instill that psychopathic uncaring zeal for the end result and damn the torpedoes.
I am now stuck here due to depletion of funds. I have asked Park Ridge management to help. They were initially responsive but have now requested a doctors note which I furnished and a letter from the other lease holder, Sandra Miller to relinquish claim on the lease. I spoke with her Aunt at her brothers house who says she has moved out 4 weeks ago.
I now see that Lindi Fleeman is a perpetrator. To me she seems to have a cult leader personality, who seeks followers who will listen to her accolades of her self. She believes she is psychic and may be for all I know. However, others who are psychic do not think so highly of them selves.
Melissa Weidman or Chris or Lisa1 is perping me but she has gone through a lot and I am not angry at her for it. Angelica Dearchangelis or Lisa Styles has made a deal with the devil and eagerly sets up people for destruction by her former boyfriend and others. She is a willing victim.

They began aiming the ultrasonic beam at my head and gave me a headache for the entire day. The police were here yesterday. I called because of the aggressiveness and so you do what you think you need to do. However the aggressiveness came first so it really is what they wanted me to do. You have to remember that before calling and do what ever is right for yourself.
Lisa called again today twice. She did not even know who I was. I see a pattern now in her demeanor, which is similar to that exhibited by Lindi Fleeman and Jane Westover et. al.

daily log entry for 11/7/12
I have been microwaved steadily since 5:00am. I was taking a shower and the Mexican fro 36A started using the ultrasonic beam weapon on my arm and I had to jump out of the shower. When I was drying off, he began using the weapon on my right foot and made it sore, so I had to leave the bathroom before I dried off.
I guess I am not supposed to take a shower either. There is not anything I can do when I am in the shower, except jump out quickly. I will wait until i absolutely need a shower the next time before taking one. It is now 8:01am

that all federally funded research provides optimal protections against

Their training tells them to try noise for certain circumstances yet my history says it wont work. But apparent today will be different somehow. The door just slammed and Angelica just emerged from her room and I could see her looking at me out of the corner of her eye on the way to the bathroom and then again on the way back. How sophomoric these morons are.
She lugged all her luggage into the bedroom 20 minutes ago. Every morning she moves all her luggage and belongings from the bedroom to the kitchen and then back again at night. She must be reasonably assured that I will not want to go into the bedroom again.

Another shooting. This time outside the Empire State Bldg. This is getting to be more the rule than the exception. Yes guns are already illegal in New York State, but that is not my point. Can this be a targeted individual who just couldn't take it any more. We here a lot about false flag operations and Manchurian candidates all of which is secret. We should start looking at this. It is a real possibility now that TI's in the community are at an all time high and apparently climbing. Realistically, you would expect a certain percentage of people being tortured to death, to go insane and do such things. We used to accept this with job stress as in "going postal". Now with the TI's handler's letting them know that they will die either from being tortured to death or by their own hand, some of them just snap under the pressure.
The Homeland Security Dept. has made TI's an enemy of the state. This is a foregone conclusion, since they have created the problem in the first place. How about we put blame where it belongs, and that is on the US Government for causing the problem in the first place.

I can hear the humming sound coming from Apartment 36A as they use their portable microwave weapon on me.
The handler is pulling out all the stops as he tries to murder me. Even now he is turning up the power level as I can hear the tone of the humming noise change and feel the power coursing through my body.
If I am to die now, then I consider it my honor to have defied such a sub human example of mans worst accomplishment on earth. This handler is a despicable creature who does not even deserve the mention of human being with respect to himself. He would be considered wierd by any standard. No one in their right mind would consider it a good idea to kill another human being in their own home as though they were a science experiment.
What this handler is doing to me should surely be considered a war crime against humanity and be treated as if he is a war criminal.

In Farah’s defense, she’s obviously not privvy to the research being done in classified intelligence circles. “Mind Reading” per say is not being researched through advances in imaging technology. Historically, its been researched through radio frequency modalities. Currently, the University of California at Irvine is studying synthetic telepathy where war-fighters may communicate via thought with each other in the field. One would assume that the technology has been reasonably well defined unidirectionally if they are looking for the ability to network it between individuals. Also historically, the US has a bad habit of testing now and apologizing later with regard to non-consensual experimentation. I assume the thousands of victims of this research can expect their apology around 2030! That’s about how long it took to see an apology for Tuskegee, Guatemala and the radiation experiments!

A new breed of Targeted Individual
I am one of those logical, techie, engineer type people and have come up with a few ideas, but the one that makes me cringe is probably true.
I don't get many responses to my emails. I email a lot and most go unanswered into the netherworld as if I was invisible.
I have been told by several people and also noticed that people with logic skills, electronic engineers or those with technical skills are being targeted at an increasing level. Normally mostly woman and really all walks of life have been targeted.

The reason I sent this email to members of The Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance email list is because I was excited to see that maybe something good was happening in that it looked like some perpetrators were being arrested and I wanted to see what someone else thought about it.
Gmail - could this story be ending soon... read this and find out...Someone sent me a militia email offering to do his part to do lethal violence against perpetrators of the TI experience.
The reason I sent this email to members of The Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance email list is because I was excited to see that maybe something good was happening in that it looked like some perpetrators were being arrested and I wanted to see what someone else thought about it.
I only received two responses and one was from Robert Robey, who appeared to be talking about getting involved in a militia style confrontational over through of Illuminati? He said :
"I still think we should try fighting them to the best of our ability by any means necessary."This is pretty streight forward militia talk. Then there are all the references to firearms to clinch the deal and how it would be hard to kill one given that a TI may be struck down with an electronic weapon. An email like this most surely will be picked up by the FBI's filters to grab subversive emails in order to catch and thwart active terrorist threats.

It feels like you are in the microwave oven. Your body vibrates and feels electrically charged and the feeling dose not go away until they turn off the source. In my apartment I am receiving microwave energy from two distinct sources. The main source is from a tower which is probably close by based on the power level they are able to achieve.
The other source is from the psychopaths in the apartment below mine. However my neighbors to apartment next door also take turns joining in the fun. They get paid for this but I can tell they enjoy it. A portable microwave energy emitter machine is used for this purpose. I suppose they get these things from the weapon operator.
The weapon operator is the orchestra leader and calls up these perpetrators to tell them to turn on their microwave machine and where to point it.

Today the government is spying on Americans in ways the founders of our country never could have imagined. The FBI, federal intelligence agencies, themilitary, state and local police, private companies, and even firemen and emergency medical technicians are gathering incredible amounts of personal information about ordinary Americans that can be used to construct vast dossiers that can be widely shared with a simple mouse-click through new institutions likeJoint Terrorism Task Forces, fusion centers, and public-private partnerships. The fear of terrorism has led to a new era of overzealous police intelligence activity directed, as in the past, against political activists, racial and religious minorities, and immigrants.
This surveillance activity is not directed solely at suspected terrorists and criminals. It's directed at all of us. Increasingly, the government is engaged in suspicionless surveillance that vacuums up and tracks sensitive information about innocent people. Even more disturbingly, as the government's surveillance powers have grown more intrusive and more powerful, the restrictions on many of those powers have been weakened or eliminated. And this surveillance often takes place in secret, with little or no oversight by the courts, by legislatures, or by the public.

ALT American party. She is now too far right for the Republicans.
I didn't know that was possible. Republicans are getting weird.

Weimar America: Four Major Ways We're Following In Germany's Fascist Footsteps

Most Americans have never heard of the Weimar Republic, Germany's democratic interlude between World War I and World War II. Those who have usually see it as a prologue to the horrors of Nazi Germany, an unstable transition between imperialism and fascism. In this view, Hitler's rise to power is treated as an inevitable outcome of the Great Depression, rather than the result of a decision by right-wing politicians to make him chancellor in early 1933.
Historians reject teleological approaches to studying the past. No outcome is inevitable, even if some are more likely than others. Rather than looking for predictable outcomes, we ought to be looking to the past to understand how systems operate, especially liberal capitalist democracies. In that sense, Weimar Germany holds many useful lessons for contemporary Americans. In particular, there are four major points of similarity between Weimar Germany and Weimar America worth examining.
1. Austerity. Today's German leaders preach the virtues of austerity. They justify their opposition to the inflationary, growth-creating policies that Europe desperately needs by pointing to the hyperinflation that occurred in 1923, and became one of the most enduring memories of the Weimar Republic. Yet the austerity policies enacted after the onset of the Depression produced the worst of Germany's economic crisis, while also destabilizing the country's politics. Cuts to wages, benefits and public programs dramatically worsened unemployment, hunger and suffering.
So far, austerity in America has largely taken place at the state and local levels. However, the federal government is now working on undemocratic national austerity plans, in the form of so-called "trigger cuts" slated to take effect at the end of 2012. In addition, there's the Bowles-Simpson austerity plan to slash Medicare and SocialSecurity benefits along with a host of other public programs; and the Ryan Budget, a blueprint for widespread federal austerity should the Republicans win control of the Congress and the White House in November.
But it was also Germany in 1932.
