I am attacked with Directed Energy (DE) weapons from as many as 5 sources, some of them are neighbors and some cell towers and satellites, How can I tell how many sources and where they are, you may ask. I can tell because I have a directional meter built into my cell phone. It shows me direction via peak signal and elevation/trajectory via line of sight location of source.
I am attacked with microwaves and infrasonic beam type weapon that can go through almost anything to resonate on whatever part of the body the handler wants to focus. The beam can pass through the body to resonate on a hand or knee joint for instance. The resonance and variable power capability is for the purpose of heating the object in order to produce pain and physical damage. This technology could be developed for medical use, but the object here seems more like weapons research testing on the effects of directed energy weapons. I have undergrad degrees in biology, electronics engineering technology and computer science. I guess you could say I have educational background qualification which allows me to make scientific observations of this nature with in a scope limited to observed facts and my opinion based on the observed facts.
Some purists insist that Mind Control is the reason for attacks and that just because it seems like DE weapons testing, I am not able to prove it. That is correct, I can't prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. But I can justify and show sufficient cause why an investigation is not only warranted but necessary.
You see, just because technology may being used for one thing, say Mind Control, does not preclude it from being simultaneously used for another purpose, as long as there is not conflicting use. The aims of DE human research testing and torture with DE weapons fit very nicely together. Both Human testing and physical torture can be done remotely. This gives a new revenue stream to the criminal conspirators and a new way for us to follow the money.
The Government has a history of human experimentation, they have the capability to do it with off the shelf Directed Energy weapons. So even though they have done it and even though they have the capability to do it and even though it appears they they are doing it again, Are we supposed to believe that this time they are morally pure enough for us to exclude them from suspicion? The Air force just awarded a $49,000,000 contract to DE testing on humans.
The $49,000,000 Directed Energy Bioeffects Research program IDIQ contract (DEBR) is top secret and the testing can and most likely will be done remotely, because they have the capability. No one will ever see or hear about human testing again, after the contract is awarded. It would be easier to prove we are human DE test subjects than to prove the opposite. Think about what you would feel, if you were a DE test subject being accessed remotely. Wouldn't it be similar to what is happening to you now?
This targeting reeks of human testing research.
Also, where else would they get human test subjects? They would never find people foolish enough to volunteer or paid to be irradiated with an amount of radiation sufficient to cause the kind of damage required by this kind of a study. They need to irradiate subjects with varying amounts of energy under controlled circumstances up to and including cumulatively lethal doses. There will be high morbidity and mortality among human test subjects and they will be using humans as lab animals and not test dummies.
They will need human test subjects who:
* can be irradiated daily with painful doses of electromagnetic energy
* will be there and not give up if the pain gets to be too great or if they get a burn.
* will be monitored for heart rate and respiration
* would require paid health care for life
* would not sue the Government when someone got sick or died during or after the testing.
HERE IS THE QUESTION YOU SHOULD BE ASKING YOURSELF:
WOULD THE AIR FORCE BE SO STUPID THAT THEY WOULD OPEN THEMSELVES TO UNLIMITED LEGAL LIABILITY, NOT JUST POTENTIALLY, BUT PROBABLY THERE WOULD BE LAW SUITS. THE $49,000,000 (THATS MILLION, MEGA, MUTI, MASSIVE, WITH A BIG M) AND A LOT OF MONEY. BUT IT WOULD TAKE A LOT MORE THAN THAT TO DO HUMAN DE TESTING ACCORDING TO AND FOLLOWING CURRENT LAWS RELATED TO TESTING OF HUMAN RESEARCH SUBJECTS. THAT IS UNLESS THE TESTING COULD BE DONE REMOTELY ON INVOLUNTARY HUMAN RESEARCH SUBJECTS, WHO WERE VICTIMIZED SO THAT THEY WOULD BE DISCREDITED AND NOT BELIEVED.
I think you see where I am going with this. Putting myself in the place of the psychopaths in charge of the DE weapons program for a minute, the decision to test on involuntary human subjects is a no brainier. Thats where Targeted Individuals come in. They fulfill all of the requirements and more. They pay for their own room and board and health care. No one cares they complain because pain is expected.
They can get away with this because the targeted individuals are discredited and because their claims are seen as out there. However, I can assure you that this torture/human experimentation is going on. The technology to do the remote testing is functional and in operation. The state of this technology is in a mature stage and all off the shelf. It is supposedly top secret as you can see from the Basic IDIQ statement of objectives (link below). The only way for them to do this kind of testing is to enlist unwilling subjects or use existing unwilling subjects who have never given consent for this testing.
They are keeping this a secret, because it is deemed a means of social control on dissidents and activists. If and when the public finds out that the entire country is wired, with DE weapons in cell phone towers all across the country, they will be outraged. But the people are not paying attention and the Government is literally getting away with murder.
