As I watched this video and realized it was like DeJavu through back back to the cold war.. Now I see why our government is using an extra judicial torture kill program, targeting tens of thousands of US Citizens for SOFT KILL with electromagnetic weapons.
They had over 10 years and two wars to practice and now thee see that they have not enough data and need to use the american people as gunny pigs in a secret weapons research program, the only outcome of which is death for the tortured soul, the target. I can now say that I am sad to be an american every time I think of it.
