The documented MKULTRA program was human experimentation and was torturing American Citizens. It was uncovered in the 70's and President Clinton just apologized for this during in 1995 during his presidency, yet that cover up has been conveniently forgotten and again covered up by making the program secret again and expanding the program all over again to include all new technology and human experimentation and torture!!

Even though many Targeted Individuals testified which you can see, the President has not responded and we (Targeted Individuals) have been asked not to return?? The President can't deny testimony given to his own commission about inhumane treatment and human experimentation, which is in the public domain! He will eventually have to face it but he is waiting as long as he can get away with (murder). President Obama knows about the torture and you can see that he is stalling. He is complicit in this murder plot and it will be necessary for him to be called on it. There is a cover up, just as there was a cover up of the NSA spying scandal and many more things which the people do not know about. When you hear the people in the commission, begging for an investigation, you will be convinced that there is a cover up too. Also, when you hear the fear in these peoples voices because they know they are being murdered slowly but surely, you will be convinced. Please take the time to listen to the video, peoples lives depend on it. Give it ten minutes and you will be convinced.
Why would the Government do this is a great question. They are now working on why would the Government NSA spy agency record every phone conversation, every email, make deals with the social media providers, to get direct unfettered access to their servers. Why indeed would they do that? We still don't know why but I will bet it has something to do with the why of Targeted Individuals (TI's). In addition, The TI's who know they are targeted are just the tip of the iceberg. There are probably as few as 500,000 and possibly many more people who are targeted, but don't know they are targeted. That is right, you may be targeted and for social control and yet not know it. This will be the really big story, the Government doesn't want you to know. Why is the Government lying about this and what are they doing to people without their consent. I say break the story! The rest will follow! Surely this cannot go on and better that it comes out sooner than later. After all, when the story is broken, ask the President to explain his commission on Bioethics and the people who testified (HE CANNOT DO IT).
