 Geral Sosbee is former FBI and Barbara Hartwell are whistleblower who have exposed crime and corruption within the agencies.  For instance The FBI is murdering targeted individuals.  This is what Geral refers to as TARGETED FOR TERROR.  Activists are being neutralized by targeting them with electronic and psychological torture which is also the same as testing Directed Energy Weapons (aka less than lethal) on human test subjects.  Less than lethal is lethal if you subject someone to it on a 24/7 basis.  My article goes over several reasons for the Targeting of human test subjects for murder and I am sure there are more.  Please note that Geral says in his article that 100 to 200 people are targeted, This is very conservative.  The true estimate is 200,000 known TI's and Two to three times that who are targeted but do not know it.  The trend is to target Activists as though they are enemies of the State for speaking out.

Article PREFACE
Former FBI agent Geral Sosbee was forced to retire from the FBI in 1978, after only seven (7) years of service. He was targeted while still inside the FBI because he refused to "go along to get along" with the corrupt practices, refused to "play the game"; because he was true to his oath to defend the Constitution; because he defended the God-given, unalienable, constitutionally protected rights of ALL, including suspects.
But Geral Sosbee did not back down after he was forced out of the FBI. Instead, he became a whistleblower. As a result he was targeted for even worse persecution, still ongoing to this day.

Geral Sosbee is not just any whistleblower. He is the primary whistleblower ever to come out of the FBI, and certainly the most controversial. The fact is that many in our society in positions of authority and power are psychopathic or full psychopaths.  They get there basically out of ruthlessness and willingness to do anything  (and i mean anything).  They have no empathy, are never sorry and never embarrassed by anything..  Most of them are educated and can control themselves, but it is an act.  You cannot know the true evel and misery these people bring to the people they are in charge of .  Why do you think the housing crisis, run away spying, targeting American for murder have started with full knowledge that their outcome will bring misery and heartache to millions.  The people who started these programs are psychopaths and the outcome was known before they were started.  We need to stop these programs and reign in our country.  These people have no business in public service or corporate service in positions of authority.  They will always opt for solutions to problems that don't exist  with the classic "PROBLEM REACTION SOLUTION" .  In other words, they create a problem and then create a solution to fix it.  this is how the fascist security state started, targeting individuals to WHAT (you fill it in) and the monetary crisis also, maybe social security too if they get their way.

Until we know our enemy, we can't fight and we can't win.
