The psychopaths kept me up all night and so I am tired, but I did get a lot of work done blogging and correspondence. Like hyenas, they kept their distance, but when I try to sleep, they are using a sonic beam weapon to irradiate my intestines and colon causing stomach
pains and a lot of gas. I could have left the gas part out, but it is part of the torture. A lot of TI's get that and are embarrassed to tell anyone, but I am not. These psychopaths deal in a lot of embarrassed, but feel none of it themselves for torturing people. As a matter of fact, they feel absolutely nothing at all, because torturing people is a non emotional event.

Right now I am wondering how I can go in to Seattle to finalize my apartment rental, but you see this is the world of the Targeted Individual. They will back off from killing me, obviously that is what will happen. They know that if I go into the doctor and am dying and can still talk, I will probably tell a convincing enough story to maybe convince someone that I am being tortured to death. As a matter of fact, all i have to do is print out my blog pages for the last two days and give them to the doctor as evidence. Such is the plight of the TI and I have been through all this before. This scenario is all spelled out in the training manual of the psychopaths and although I have never seen it, I know the rules. We play that game again and again and eventually I won't be able to play anymore due to stroke, heart attack or exhaustion (I am 62). I said they are like hyenas, they wait until the victim is helpless before coming in for the kill.
You would think that the news would break the story, but they do not because doing so would be frowned on by the agency community. Really! It is a matter of national security they would say. I would counter by saying that they are hiding crimes under the cover of secrecy. because it is against the law to cover up crimes by classifying the problem. The lead news agency will be a hero. However, the major news networks already know about TI's and have a deal with the corporations to keep it a secret. The blogs know that if they lead the story it may work, but probably nobody would follow and they would be laughed out of business.
The same thing goes for others we tell, law enforcement, city officials, Senators, Congressman and the President. I have told Congressman Paul Cook, in who's district I lived before I left to move to Seattle. I called his office on several occasions and talked their ears off about targeted individuals and their plight. They started off the conversation by saying they didn't know anything about targeted individuals... WHAT IS THAT? I NEVER HEARD OF THAT. Well I can tell you they do now, but if you didn't know I talked to Congressman Cook, you would probably be told the same thing about not knowing about it. That is because everyone pleads dumb, because of plausible deniability. They would be right it is plausibly deniable, because the technology is new to the people, although it is not that new and after new news of the technology and leaks of secrecy by the NSA, it is not as plausible as it was. However, since everyone is not talking about it, the politicians still think they can get away with murder.
The MKULTRA program was just uncovered in the 70's and President Clinton just apologized for this during in 1995 during his presidency, yet that cover up has been conveniently forgotten and again covered up by making the program secret again and expanding the program all over again.

Even though many Targeted Individuals testified which you can see, the President has not responded and we (Targeted Individuals) have been asked not to return? He can't deny testimony given to his own commission about inhumane treatment and human experimentation, which is in the public domain! He will eventually have to face it but he is waiting as long as he can get away with (murder). President Obama knows about the torture and you can see that he is stalling. He is complicit in this murder plot and it will be necessary for him to be called on it. There is a cover up, just as there was a cover up of the NSA scandal and many more things which the people do not know about. When you hear the people begging for an investigation, you will be convinced that there is a cover up too when you hear the fear in these peoples voices because they know they are being murdered slowly but surely. Please take the time to listen to the video, peoples lives depend on it. Give it ten minutes and you will be convinced.
Why would the Government do this is a great question. They are now working on why would the Government NSA spy agency record every phone conversation, every email, make deals with the social media providers, to get direct unfettered access to their servers. Why indeed would they do that? We still don't know why but I will bet it has something to do with the why of Targeted Individuals (TI's). In addition, The TI's who know they are targeted are just the tip of the iceberg. There are probably as few as 500,000 and possibly many more people who are targeted, but don't know they are targeted. That is right, you may be targeted and for social control and yet not know it. This will be the really big story, the Government doesn't want you to know. Why is the Government lying about this and what are they doing to people without their consent. I say break the story! The rest will follow! Surely this cannot go on and better that it comes out sooner than later. After all, when the story is broken, ask the President to explain his commission on Bioethics and the people who testified (HE CANNOT DO IT).
