Evidence Given For A Bioethics Investigation Of TI Torture From Infrasonic Weapons.

The Presidential bioethics commission is a commission formed by the President to resolve bioethics violations and to make sure any human experimentation currently in progress, proceeds in an ethical manner.   There are a significant number Bioethical violations reported by Targeted Individuals, regarding the use and abuse of Directed Energy Weapons on humans.

This abuse characterized by targeted individuals is typical of the abuse that would be expected from the use of Directed Energy Weapons on human subjects.  The final outcome is complex in that the human subject would eventually succumb to the torture and abuse through exhaustion resulting in death by heart attack, stroke or self inflicted injury resulting in death of the subject victim.

There exists a 49,000,000 Air Force contract, which was awarded in May of 2013. to study human bioeffects of Electro Magnetic Weapons on human subjects.  This contract is in force and ongoing.  The Targeted individual torture has the earmarks of human testing for the very purpose of Electro Magnetic Weapon effects testing.  http://jafelco-ntt.blogspot.com/2013/07/mind-control-plus-human-de-testing-on.html.  There is a smoking gun, which will become apparent to anyone evaluating the evidence.  

The authorities will not recognize the problem exists.  I believe they know about it but are purposefully ignoring it in hopes the project to run the course that was anticipated.  I believe that this information is starting to come out mostly due to the bravery of Edward Snowden.  Another factor was the insight developed as a result of outcomes from the Navy Yard Mass Shooting.

So in effect, due to the mass shooting (Navy Yard) in which 12 people were killed by Aaron Alexis, it was subsequently found that he had been a victim of mind control.  He had the same symptoms as people testifying at the bioethics commission.  He reported the stalking and also attacks by directed energy weapons (ELF waves in particular).  People who are targeted individuals, will characterize this man as a person driven to the edge and past the breaking point to commit mass murder as a result of because of being mercilessly attacked by electromagnetic weapons ( ELF ).  This is no longer a conspiracy theory, but a conspiracy FACT.  I would say it is now time we start removing these psychopaths (who some TI's can identify) from society.  It is my contention that the guilty parties be taken into custody and formally charged.  

So in closing, I now believe that there will be enough evidence to do a proper investigation through to completion.  Our leaders need to recognize their responsibility.  The people who are victims deserve the respect achieved through recognition of their plight and medical care which is overdue.  

It really is about ethics in the biological treatment of human test subjects, known as Bioethics.

This system is described as multifunctional.  The reason is that it can be configured in numerous configurations.  The way I think that the vast majority of tranceivers are configured is with two transmitters, with at least one transmitting and receiving antenna. One of the beams is used for tracking the target and the second being a more powerful Radio Frequency Directed Energy (RFDE) beam used to disrupt the target.  The reason is because I am always accessed via my neural image while a second beam is used to cause damage or torture.  This configuration also allows the handler to cross the beams, which I have heard cause scalar waves to form, but that is just a guess.  In addition, crossing the beams would cause the Hutchison effect, which would allow objects to be levitated and moved to a new location.  John Hutchison was trying to duplicate Nicola Tesla's work with Scalar waves and free energy.

I have seen something similar to this deformation in Dr. Judy Woods videos of 911, where dissimilar metals are fused together and steel beams are deformed and mutated.

Continuing on with the RFDE system, the government may be doing something similar, but this system is secret and no one can examine it.

The following is one configuration, that I believe is a likely one.  It has two microwave beams.  One is radar for targeting and the other is higher power RFDE for disrupting the target.

The two beams can theoretically be crossed to cause the odd effects mentioned and possibly other effects.  This is really all I can say about this with the information I have.

Medical issue: Extreme lethargy is making me sleep and need Dr. Appt. to get a physical check up

As a targeted individual, I have to write the following medical information as it may help the doctor diagnose the problem with my extreme lethargy.  I can't go on this way and I must put this in my blog, so

Most of torture this morning is coming from a satellite approx 20 degrees east of vertical.   There is a beam on my stomach, making me a little sick and causing gurgling and gas in my colon.  This is something that is done quite a bit to me and I also hear others complain of this.  If I move it stops for a few seconds but the handler is persistent and reaims the weapon as soon as i am still again.. I have been kept awake all night with this and the harassment of handlers to either side of me 809 and 821 Fir Lane, Big Bear City CA 92314.  My sleep is interrupted often and I am now on an inverse night and day cycle.  I do try to correct, but my sleep is at the whimsy of my handlers.

today, July 14, 2013,  I am being irradiated on my left side right above my hip and I have stabbing pains coming from that spot.  There are three sources that I can detect with my directional meter.  The meter can measure direction and elevation.  Two of the signals have zero elevation, telling they are coming from a ground source.  My results can be proved anywhere by using the meter under similar conditions.  I have a Samsung galaxy SII with android OS.
